How to use: Apply Toner veil for Eyelashes and Eyebrows to a cotton swab / microbrush and remove any glue, paint or Botox residue from eyelashes / eyebrows during the procedure. Used before applying third formulations and care products. Does not require rinsing with water. Toner veil for Eyelashes and Eyebrows is suitable for use as a tonic in home care after make-up removal. SEDIMENT MAY BE POSSIBLE, SHAKE BEFORE USE.
