Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?
You have the right to return products within a period of 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Soigné Pro shall not be liable for any damaged or lost return shipments, as return shipments are at the sender's risk.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what now?
At Soigné Pro, we take great care in packaging all orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service at info@soignepro.com. We will ensure a suitable solution is provided.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are exempt from returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable or rapidly expiring products.
- Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal is broken.
- Products that have been irreversibly mixed with other items.
- Used products.
- Discounted items.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Ensure that you include any provided accessories. Items not meeting these conditions upon return will be retained by the buyer, who will be liable for the price.
We recommend obtaining proof of return when sending items back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
