Noemi Bottom Lifting Pads are for lifting the lower lashes. They have a special curve that gives a more beautiful shape to natural eyelashes. The Bottom Pads are ideal when the bottom lashes grow upwards to achieve full length lashes or when the bottom lashes are curled.

Can also be performed at the same time as the upper lash lift.
