Okis Eyebrow DYE with oxidant - Hot brunette

Permanent cream tint helps to get the effect of a tattoo and demonstrates high durability: on the skin for up to 10 days, on the hairs for up to 40 days.

Method of application: degrease the skin with shampoo for eyebrows and eyelashes OKIS BROW, mix the cream tint with an oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1:1. Apply the coloring mixture evenly to the eyebrows. Wash off with OKIS BROW fixer after 15 minutes.
