The Noemi Hybrid Lashlift Brush #0 is specially designed for lash lifting. It allows the eyelashes to be fixed on the silicone pads. Its dense bristle tip effectively separates and glues each individual lash. Can be used like a Y-Toll or similar eyelash lifting tool.
